1. Accessing the System
Open SRGS using your preferred device, visit srgsplatform.com, and log in with your assigned account credentials.
2. Opening the Marks Entry Page
- Select Marks from the main navigation menu.
- Choose Class, Stream (if applicable), Subject, and AOI activities (C1/C2 or A1/A2).
- Click Load Students to display the class list.
Note: Academic Year and Term are selected automatically from active school configuration.
Score Entry Structure

Automatic Score Processing: AOI scores are auto-calculated and converted into the required 20% contribution based on activities administered, with instant system computation.
Saving Marks (Draft Mode)
Click Save Marks to store entries as drafts. Draft records support continuous work, review, and edits before final submission.
Submitting Marks (Final Step)
After verification, click Submit Marks to save final marks, set status to Submitted, and lock further editing unless reopened by authorized admin.
Validation Rules: All required fields must be completed. Missing/invalid scores are highlighted, and affected learners are listed for correction.
Important: If a learner misses an assessment, enter 0 instead of leaving blank. Marks cannot be saved or submitted until errors are resolved.
